Dorbz Observation

So in catching up with my Dorbz checklist I noticed quite a large gap in the numbering. From #234 Specialty Series Blackest Night Batman until #241 He-Man there are no dorbz at all. None coming up soon, nothing. Now I know Dorbz have somewhat been lost in the shuffle in numbering considering all the duplicate numbers and what have you. But does anyone else think we missed out on an awesome series of Dorbz? Anyone think they would go that far back to make a series that fits? Licensing issues? Upcoming SDCC awesomeness?

I was just curious if I missed something or if this has been answered already. Thanks.

I believe your stats are correct. My spreadsheet shows nothing in between there. Could possibly be saved for SDCC/Fundays stuff maybe?

sometimes funko doesn't release in order, they leave gaps for future releases. This isn't always the reason, but I believe they also try to keep series together when they can numerically

Yeah. I agree with both of you mostly but that's going quite a ways back. We are over 100 pieces ahead at this point. I am hoping it's Star wars or some amazing SDCC pieces. I really hope they wouldn't start over with Star Wars Dorbz in numbering.

Man, I was really trying to keep up with the Dorbz too! Now just trying to keep my head above water! haha!

Those gaps in the numbering are either for SDCC upcoming Dorbz, or it's because "Hey, here's another Walmart exclusive! SURPRISE!!!"
