I'll vouch that this company is phenomenal when it comes to customer service.

They should have done Iron Man like the POP! and had his face plate up. LOL DERRRRRPPPPPP!!!!!!! I like that he's shiny, though. Wonder why they didn't do War Machine.

Still no luck finding a comic shop that will have the Steve and Tony Dorbz :( If they aren't available online then I will make my own using heads from Castiel and Lone Wanderer.

Dear Funko, if you want more Dorbz collectors, could you not do stuff like this. Thanks.

Hopefully they'll hear us and make them availible somewhere online... If not I'll have to buy them on the dreaded ebay lol they're not a limited numbered run so I don't think the price will be that high but it's the obtaining them because no ones selling or giving them away so that surely will make the price increase. Lol Does anyone know why they're giving them away?? I still make purchases on free comic book day so why couldn't they sell them like the Force Friday merchandise?

Tony and Steve Dorbz:

According to the site, these will be available to order on 4/27. They are sold in a case of 6 (3 of each) for $50 + shipping. Hopefully, this doesn't change, in case no other E-tailer has them for sale individually. I would be will to buy a case and sell/trade the extra four. *fingers and toes crossed*

Kind of takes the 'free' out of Free Comic Book Day. I guess it takes the 'comic book' part out of the equation too.

Just got the mail and thought it would make a good pic to share (already had the Visions and Giant Man). It would be a complete set, but now there's FCBD stuff to add to the collection.

One thing you have to take into account is that everything stores put out on FCBD was purchased by them. That's why most stores have a limit of 1-3 issues unless you make a donation to whatever cause they're supporting.

Oh, I totally know how things works for the store owners. I'm just not sure how they would expect a store owner to buy so many of something that's that expensive for them to have them just give it away. I don't mind them being released, just not sure how it fits the 'free comic book' category. When I talked to my local shop, he talked about how the only way he could offer these is if he gave a few away as prizes, but even then it was probably too expensive for him. I'm still happy they're being released though.

Yeah I tend to donate the extra couple of bucks helps others and you get more comics so its a win win for everyone. I hope I can find these at my store, they said they might be getting them last time I asked.

I've asked my local store owner if I can order a case through him if he's able to order them. I'm hoping the fact I have an artist table at his shop on FCBD will give me enough pull with him.

Oh, ok, I gotcha! I misunderstood where you were coming from. Sorry about that. I've seen people ripping comic shops because they're NOT giving these away for free.

I know my shop has gotten Minimates and Heroclix figures in before on FCBD, but I'm pretty sure they were supplied through DST as little promo gimmees with their purchased comics. Since these Dorbz are pretty much shipping to comic shops for (what I can assume) is regular price, I'm not sure how anyone can expect them to be given away.

I didn't even bother asking my local shop if they're getting them in. If I come across them great, but if not...I'll live. I'm actually more miffed at how limited the Freddy and Crusader 2-packs were at ECCC than I am at this "kerfuffle".

I have two local shops. One does three free books and then one book for every can of food donated for their food drive. The other does one free book and then 50 cents a piece per title as a donation to the local library.

I talked to my LCS today and he said he can't order these any longer. It says he would have had to order them back in February to get them. He said they are supposed to be shipped today and he's going to see once they've been released if he can order them then, but isn't hopeful. He agrees that the lack of communication/organization on Funko's part is surprising as he never received any information on ordering these and only knew about these when I first asked him about them a month or two ago (which he couldn't find any info about then either). He did also mention Midtown Comics (which is the only place saying anything about these on-line) has been known to offer items that have been cancelled. At this point, it's hard telling what's going on and how many stores will be getting these.
