I've been told its a specialty series and will be available to retailers. I've already got one on order. I believe they are limited to 6 per retailer.

There are a lot of online stores that had the figure up and a lot already sold out of the pre sale. Gemini was one of them.

Its weird that so many places have them for pre-order, but they say specialty series aren't for companies that have had exclusives...

I spoke to one of my comic shops and he told me that this and Batman were only supposed to go to mom and pop authorized funko dealers and at the last second Diamond select was able to get an account so these will be available to all of their customers. So places like entertainment earth, Bigbadtoystore, and even gamestop will be getting these. He told me he was able to order a master case of 36 of the batman. But he's an authorized funko dealer for like 5 years now. He was kind of p*** they allowed diamond an account.

This seems to go against the entire point of the specialty series. If it's true, it's sad it took only one wave before things strayed off course.
