Dorbz Vinyl Sugar and Funko difference

Dorbz Vinyl Sugar and Funko difference

So I was cleaning my collection when i noticed my Deadpool Dorbz (unicorn) box is different with the Unmasked Iron Man Dorbz. Under the box, it shows one is vinyl sugar and one is Funko. What's the deal about that? To my knowledge when Dorbz was announced it is under the Vinyl Sugar announcement.

Funko just absorbed the vinyl sugar name and took it all under the Funko name, initially Vinyl Sugar was it's own brand.
