I got 1. They made 2000 I seen the prototype for this one on Ebay the other day sold for like $700+

I don't understand how the shop works because I just was back on the site and said only 3 left. I do know they only made 2000. Seems like everything Funko sells out quick. I had been stalking the site since 9:00 a.m. and as soon as I purchased mine I put the heads up here

That would be #3 as far as I can tell. That's what mine looks like and you have one and this one on Ebay makes 3. So far that's all I know of. The one that sold on Ebay had the little Freddy in his hand ours does not. If anyone else has one maybe they will post it here. I'm curious as to how many were made. If there is any difference between them but as far as I can tell they are the same. Do they make multiples of all of them? Either way I like it. I would like to add the finished one to go with the prototype but right now they are going around $150.00++ :freddy3:

It's like you are quoting my thoughts LOL. I am stalking the ECCC Freddy Dorbz... $150 if your lucky... That one the box didn't look so Mint... I would love to own the original too. I got really lucky on this one. I tried ordering and got the "sold out" message, but kept submitting and after about 20 tries my order went through. This is just a guess but I think what happens is as the quantity gets low, let's say to 30, if there are more people trying to order than that, say 50 at once, then it generates the "sold out" message. But if you keep trying and hit it at the right time it'll go through right up until they're all gone. There were other people who also said they got the "sold out" message before finally getting an order through, so I wasn't the only one.

I am not sure about Dorbz, but there are 2 white and 5 color protos of each Pop. I suspect the Dorbz are similar.

I am not sure about Dorbz, but there are 2 white and 5 color protos of each Pop. I suspect the Dorbz are similar.

That happened to me with the chrome Freddy and I wouldn't give up and I finally was able to get it and check out . I just got him two days ago. Can't give up!! Lol

Being tenacious pays off sometimes

I did the same thing with the green gamma Duck Dodgers, except in that case I didn't get my order to go through until FIVE HOURS after it sold out!!! They left the page up so I kept trying every 15 or 20 minutes and much to my surprise it did finally go through!

I think our proto is limited to a lot less than 250. They say they make 2-3 for each casting so that still puts it under 10 made. But who knows for sure :freddy3:
