No. Almost all Dorbz have a smile, except for a select few with frowns (Sadness, Both Baby Groots, a couple of Game of Thrones ones, and Levi from Attack on Titan come to mind).

Makes sense. I just took a look at some Dorbz and noticed it was a frown and not the smirk I thought I saw.

For dorbz, the smile is what is important, to me. I only have a handful of them, but I find it amusing when a villain has a smile, just makes it silly, in a good way, so I like the smiles.

As for pops, I actually don't like that there aren't mouths on a lot of them. I know it was their intended style, but I still think it's weird, even on old pops. Simple mouths would have been fine to me, but the lack of a mouth and in a lot of old ones the lack of eye brows, is just strange. I'm glad a lot of them now have mouths and eyebrows, although I still get bummed when some are still missing, like the 6 inch gray hulk.

Bizarro has a big ol' frownie face going on! Deadpool has no mouth, I guess because of the mask. Same with the Tusken Raider and masked Predator. Unmasked Predator and Alien both have expressions that don't look much like smiles to me, more like "I want to eat your face off" Oh and the facehugger Dorbz, not sure that counts since his face is obscured. Snorky has no mouth, probably omitted because of his trunk. Gravel Slag, hair covers his mouth I guess?

One of the reasons I LOVE Dorbz so much is the smiles/ mouths. Most pops don't have mouths and Dorbz do, I love that they do.

I can't get over the horror ones and how they smile and in my mind I'm always like "I've never seen Jason, Michael, or Leatherface smiling, maybe inside they are smiling as they kill their victims, so maybe that's why they put a smile on them." Though it doesn't look right to me. Luckily I only have a handful of Dorbz.
