Marvel Mystery Minis

Great things come in mysterious miniature or pint sized packages, but which great thing will it be? It's all a mystery until you open one. Then the fun begins.

Marvel Mystery Minis

Postby Neu_Funko » Mon Jan 05, 2015 5:47 pm

Is there only 1 series of these so far?

I somehow managed to grab a blue Deadpool X-Men from a barnes and noble. The box said SDCC on the side I think.

Additionally, for those that have bought mystery mini's before, approximately how many have you opened up that have been poor quality? I've opened a few and it seems really hit and miss, one of them had the spring so far elongated the head wouldn't drop back down.

Thanks!

There is:

Series 1:
20353

SDCC Series:
20352

Guardians of the Galaxy:
20354

Quality has been a concern shared by multiple people with the licensing requirement for springs.
Hope this helps!

Thanks! It does help. The SDCC's, did they just make that series as a limited edition and sell them around the country for a small amount of time? I'm just wondering how a box ended up in Ohio at a Barnes and Noble when I assume they were made for the San Diego Comic Convention

There were a bunch of SDCC "exclusives" that were also shared at B&N across the country. There was also a Game of Thrones and Disney SDCC set produced as well.

There is no chase in the SDCC set. They are all 1:12

By the way, I don't know what the stock is for any of the other stores, but my B&N still had several Marvel SDCC minis. If anyone is still looking for them, check your B&N.
Too soon?
