I picked up a case and a half from Hot Topic today. Be warned: if you're using the layout that's been floating around, it doesn't even come close to the HT layout. I didn't think to record exactly what came from where, but the 1/6s are in the top and bottom layer of the HT cases, unlike side-by-side and all on the top layer in the regular cases.

I ended up with 4 Jaws, 4 Wolfman, 2 Elvira, and doubles of all the exclusives. I also managed to get Twisty, Reagan, the Mummy, and Adam.

The odds on the HT exclusives are all 1/12.

Thanks for the heads up too! Not sure if I should try my hand at a case at HT (all those doubles though..) or wait for eBay. I hope they aren't too expensive considering their rarity.

It's fantastic to have the exclusives confirmed at 1/12 rarity! Not only will that make these easier to get than the prior wave's exclusives, but it means overall fewer 1/72 and 1/36 pieces, so those should end up being more plentiful as well.

This worked like a charm for me (saw the case come out of shrink wrap too)...I was able to pull all 3 Hot Topic exclusives painlessly!!! I also shook the two boxes that were supposed to be Jaws and they both were really heavy, so it looks like everything was where it was supposed to be.

This series is definitely karmically punishing me for nearly completing series 2 with only a small handful of doubles. I stopped by a Gamestop I hadn't seen yet on my new route to work, found the case was only missing one, grabbed from a rare spot and got another Jaws. I knew there were at least 2 uncommons in there still but was too cheesed off already to try again. Though I did discover probably my county's most apologetic employee who all but pleaded for me to call in regularly so they can hold a box for me. So potentially hope there!

I bought six boxes from a mixed case at my local HT. I've only opened four so far, but the pulls have been Jason, Imhotep, Barbara, and GitD Slimer. I'm really hoping at least one of the last two is Tiffany or a chase, but I already feel pretty lucky.
