Freddy blind boxes

Great things come in mysterious miniature or pint sized packages, but which great thing will it be? It's all a mystery until you open one. Then the fun begins.

Freddy blind boxes

Postby chester » Sat Jun 08, 2013 4:09 pm

I was thinking today that I would LOVE to see some Freddy faces painted on the bodies of some of the blind box characters.Like Freddy pocket god, Freddy Joker,Freddy zombie etc. Does anyone else think it's a good idea, or am I the only one?

That's a pretty cool idea. Freddy Mini's!

It would have to be a con/retailer exclusive.

Actually it not a good idea other than funatics and a few other, no body would buy them. Even though I love Freddy it's not a good business decision but if the made a small run of them and put them in BOF that would be awesome.

Great Idea John.
I think the market for these wouldn't be as wide as some, but I do think there was enough funatics on this board that this would be crazy fun. If they had limited run say 20 Freddy characters.I bet you people on this board would be clamoring to get their hands on the whole set. The ones I have bought have cost between $5,and $6 dollars at stores.Off ebay I spent way more on the rarer ones. Funko already has the molds for the figures,so the cost would be less, Just a cool Freddy paint job is all they need..
We could have Freddy batman,Freddy zombie,Freddy pygmy,Freddy Joker,Freddy penguin ... This would be great fun.

Paul I'd want every one. Think how cool it would be to have a little Freddy to take with you everywhere. Plus all the different versions would be endless. But a 20 some set would be great to start.

Sounds like a repaint/custom opportunity. :thumbright:

I've carried one of the Batman minis with me to Free Comic Book Day and to the Denver Comic Con. With his head sticking out of the little cell-phone pocket in my cargo-shorts, taking in the world.

Often I'll put him on the shoulder of my son or someone else, give them sort of a 'look' via Batman when they turn to see what's up. I held him high enough to see George Takai and Wil Wheaton during their panels.

I probably look a fool, but that's not necessarily something knew
