Yes and no. There is a "regular" case and a "Hot Topic" case. Each case will get you 12 different figures. But 3 of those figures will be different from the other case. Meaning there are 15 figures in all.

Actually found hulk buster in store today. Was surprised. And amazed how much weight difference there was.
