Real Or Fake mini from china

I bought several mystery mini's from ebay and not sure if they are real or not. The freddy is what made me question it as it does not have the number's on his foot.

My main question is

Does anyone know how to tell a real from a fake?

My Michael Myers has the same blood spots and bottom of feet looks the same with the exception of the number. I have NV049

I believe the number is related to the manufacture batch, I have seen a few video's of box opening's that have the NV010. The other thing I noticed is that the Freddy has paint in the groove's on his head but when I watch video's I dont see that paint on him.

Like Kevin said it's probably scrap that someone in the Chinese factory has pulled and is selling. So it's not "fake" per se, but it was probably intended for the trash because of QC issues and someone in the factory diverted it (and many others) from the trash and is now selling it/them. So they are not fake, but they are not legitimate either. The recognized rule of thumb on these forums is if it's a Chinese seller, walk away.

If its from China, it means something might be wrong with it. Buy at your own risk.
