Batman Vs Superman Mystery Minis

Snagged 3 boxes yesterday and pulled the WM EX Flying Supes and two of the GITD Supes. One of the arms is about to fall off of a GITD Supes. Any idea on how good Funko customer service would be about replacing it for me? Or am I out of luck?

I would just give it a dab of superglue and re-attach it. I don't think Funko is going to be willing to replace a $6 figure.

That's probably what I'll do. But thought I'd contact and see what they'd do. I'd like to think customer service is still a priority. Okay, sorry, couldn't get that typed without spitting out my coffee.

If I remember correctly they'll send you a new mini but it will be random not specifically the one you have that was damaged

Funko themselves isn't going to do anything, however, you should be able to take it back to Walmart.

Went to the same small town Walmart where I found all the glow sets a while back, and there were two cases of minis there. First ones I've seen anywhere! One case was missing two and of course they were the top and bottom front left, two of the exclusives! The other case was full but had a couple of boxes displaced, so I wasn't sure if it had been messed with. I took a chance and pulled the boxes from where the glow and Aquaman exclusives should have been, and SUCCESS Those were the only two I wanted, so I am stoked

You pilfered FOUR cases of their exclusives? Wow. I felt guilty taking two out of one case, thought about how terrible I would feel if some kid out there kept spending his allowance getting one mini at a time hoping for that glow Superman I took. But hey, as long as you sleep well at night

I honestly wish FUNKO would go back to the random cases and have figures more rare than others. It would prevent this from happening as this has happened to me on just about every case of 1/12's with exclusives and iv'e paid the price by having to buy the exclusives on ebay. I'd really like to see 1/36 , 1/72 and 1/144 again in randomly distributed cases.

I was wondering why Funko did this? I much preferred the numbers rarity instead of knowing a case layout. It was more fun to be honest even if I didn't pull what I wanted.

Anyways, all I need is Blue Aquaman if anyone is looking to trade or sell one when I get my next paycheck?

I had to go to 3 stores, a couple times, just to find them. The one I found them at had 3 cases mean while the other 2 had zero. Seems very hit or miss. Still need the GS Supes myself. being on the top row makes it even trickier.

I've found them in Colorado. I keep finding almost empty cases when I do see them.

I live in indiana. We have three cases and a few spare sitting on the shelf and then about 9 of the glow in the dark 2 pack.

I'm about 40 minutes from Philly and found the 3 cases I mentioned and that was it so far. They did all seem to have a number of those Pop GITD 2 packs. Also, the ones I found were in the toy isle with their own end cap.

They were never random though. They simply have multiple case assortments. They still use the old format, just depends which one they pick.
