Best mystery minis day ever

So after picking some Horror series 2 boxes from a couple of shops and getting four of the chases and only two commons (thanks to everyone on the board who posted case layouts) I decided to buy a case to complete the commons and try and get the three chases I was missing (The Fly, Nosferatu and Pinhead). I also ordered a case of Sci-Fi series 2 as well to start that series off.

So the cases arrive and I started on the horror ones and the first box I opened was The Fly. This got me excited as I knew that meant I would probably get Nosferatu as well. Then the biggie - the second box was Pinhead. I was so happy I shouted out loud. Then found Nosferatu as expected so I completed the series. Brilliant.

Then I started on the sci-fi ones and started off on the second row of the top boxes to see if I would be lucky and get Godzilla. First box was the Alien Queen and then the second one was Godzilla. Then I moved to the front row and got Iron Giant (my next most sought after 1:24 figure). Then the other front box and when I opened that I had facehugger Kane. I couldn't believe my luck.

They were perfect sets, I got all the figures I really wanted and managed to complete my horror collection (I'm not interested in the Hot Topic exclusives).

This was indeed the best mystery mini day ever.
