My GS had a fresh case of these in. Pulled from the "alternate" spots and did indeed end up with Tormund, Samwell, and Melisandre.
That's one series down this spring!

Went to my HT yesterday and they had a case with 3 missing. I was a bit worried that someone had picked up the exclusives, but I pulled from the exclusive spots from the case layout and got Marge, Tywin and a Night's King. Just missing Stannis!

I found a full case at GameStop and bought all 12.

I also have Stannis and Tywin on the way from a friend, so now I just need Margaery to complete the set.

It's not messed up.
The case order is the exact same in every single case, even the HT cases.
Somebody else just got there before you and grabbed the exclusives first.

I am not so sure about someone getting there before you. I bought 20 HT exclusive walking dead figures a day after they arrived at the store...and got screwed. Your telling me of 24 they pulled 3 of the 4 rares by chance (2 per box)? Furthermore, it is even more unlikely since they take the figures out of the box, messing up the order to put a price sticker on them. I had a bunch of common duplicates and only got 1 HT exclusive, all else were the commons. I returned to the same hot topic the next week to find a fresh case of walking dead and GoT on the shelves. Surprise surprise , 2 missing ( the rare ones) from the walking dead and 3 missing (HT exclusives again) from the GoT. I walked out and am probably not going back as the employees even mentioned to me " some of these sell for 40-60$, good luck!". I know they are pulling them before customers can, as these have increased in popularity i am sure the employees have noticed the price people pay for HT exclusives.

I sucked it up and bought them on Ebay because i doubt there is any chance i will get them at HT and 8.50 + tax aint worth it for commons you'll sell for less than half that. Just my experience i am sure everyone's is different. Honestly the way to buy these is pay the premium for the exclusives (unless you get super lucky with an untouched case through friend or something), and get the commons on ebay for cheap when you can buy them in groups from people trying to unload them for 4-5$ each with no tax.

I only said this because my HT's around me don't usually mess with the car layouts (except for the Alice in Wonderland ones).

It sucks that this happened to you, though. All I was saying was that somebody likely already knew the case layout and bought them before the person who posted this.

The case layouts were pretty solid for TWD so I have no doubt that someone before you got to them, usually customers know more about the layouts than the employees, but last time I was at Gamestop and checking what figures they had, one of the employees looked at and asked if I was looking for the rare ones. Next time ask if they have a fresh case if you intend to purchase so many, that way you can be sure they aren't cherry picked.

Also, the price sticker comes on them directly from Funko. Almost all items that Hot Topic sells already come with the Hot Topic price and sku sticker from the manufacturer.

I'm having some trouble with these. I have Arya, Tormund, Dany, Ramsay (ugh), and Bronn so far. All I want is Varys and Melisandre, and I keep getting duplicates of Dany and Bronn, which aren't two that many people want to trade or buy. I'm probably going to just end up getting Varys and Mel on eBay or something.
