New MM Display Case setup

Great things come in mysterious miniature or pint sized packages, but which great thing will it be? It's all a mystery until you open one. Then the fun begins.

New MM Display Case setup

Postby RogueSolo » Fri Mar 18, 2016 8:12 am

I know it's a small detail, but I just wanted to give a shout out to Funko for their new display case header-card (technical term? :-k ) implementation.

Instead of having to punch out the header card and then force it into the back of the case behind all the boxes, there's now a separate card with tabs that just gets slotted into the case. It holds itself up much better now, and doesn't flop around like it used to. Plus, as a retailer, if they don't have room for that extra cardboard sticking up, they can choose to not assemble them, instead of having to rip/mangle the display case to get it to fit on the shelf.

As someone who tries to keep the display cases if I can, I think it's a great change :thumbright:
