I believe so. However, Walmart doesn't sell by the case. So if you order a qty.12, you'll be getting 12 possibly random boxes, with no guarantee of the exclusives.

I've seen a few people on Instagram posting pics of the Walmart exclusives, but have yet to see any option to buy on the Walmart website. Haven't seen or heard of them in stores yet either.

I saw a picture earlier today with the minis in the same display like the Moana minis were packed. I would look for Easter Basket type displays.

Decided to just go ahead and get the 3 walmart ones on ebay. A bit pricey, yes, but I never find anything in Walmart and even if I did I think with them being loose in a display I would probably end up baying too many and getting a ton of dupes. Now I am officially done with this set and can't wait to see them all together!!

I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but I found the weights to be all over the place on these minis. I have 2 of the same mini and their weight is different by like 3-4 grams. This has never happened to me before and it made finding the HT exclusives a little more expensive than they should have been.

Yea they're not exactly the same in terms of weight. So I only stick to the known weight. Sometimes that still doesn't work. Especially the HT exclusives since the non exclusives are almost the same weight as the exclusives
Same issue with Walmart's Cogsworth. Still involves luck.
