I didn't realize the game stop box had the same mystery minis. Got 2 boxes and opened both sets. Now have doubles

There are four minis total, exclusive to the Tron box. Seems likes most have Sora and Kairi, or Riku and Shadow Heartless, together.

A local independent seller got in a case of the KH MM and the odds aren't atrocious! Hoping the store exclusives won't be difficult to get either!

The local Gamestop got them in! Pete and Large Body are really obvious, very heavy. I wasn't able to get a Soldier, but I did figure out which one is Goofy. You can feel Goofy on both sides of the box. Goofy looks great, so do the Large Body and Pete! I also got Riku by accident, which is very flat and doesn't shake much around the box.

Went into GS today to see if my flocked Crash came in and my fiance spotted a full case as we walked up to checkout. Ended up buying them and pulling almost everything. The box had been clearly tampered with so didn't bother with a layout like I planned to share and also found out they mis-packed an extra Riku instead of Donald. No worries on that because he is in the common boxes too fortunately. The best part is all the exclusives were 1/12 so really hoping both the TRU and HT ones are just as easy.

Went to the mall yesterday in Cali and the hot topic had the exclusive case! There were a couple missing so I'm gonna wait to try to buy a whole case at once. But the hot topic exclusives are releasing now

After RBlue30 found a case of the HT exclusives, I decided to try my luck and go out this morning. Managed to find 2 full cases at my local store and just bought the one that looked like it had not been tampered with. Asked the employee how long they had been out and she had no clue. She also dropped the 2 front top boxes when she put it in a bag so this layout may not be 100% accurate. Thankfully the HT set is 1/12 just like the GS boxes so getting these exclusives should be easy/cheap. I also managed to weigh everything including the Gamestop exclusives I grabbed the other day. I only have a digital scale for shipping so it isn't as sensitive as the small portable ones so chances are someone will be able to do it better as boxes start showing up other places. Now just have to track down the TRU Tron exclusives

I'm glad the Gamestop case has the three common ones as well, since the Hot Topic one swapped those out. I'll be trying Gamestop tonight with their $2 bag promo (buy a bag and get 25% off everything you can put in it).

Never mind found it in another bag in the box. Wasn't expecting that. Still bought 8 from a full case at Hot Topic and got 0 of the 3 exclusives. That's not good math.

The Store exclusives are usually the rarer ones in any set because they are only obtainable from buying the boxes in that particular store. All the minis are 1:12 ratio so I don't see anything but the exclusives really being rare or sought after as time goes by.

I said I wasn't going to go for this set, but after finding a full box at Hot Topic and getting some coups, I caved. I also found a full case at Gamestop and was able to weigh them all out and get the missing ones! Now I just need the 4 from the mystery boxes from a couple months ago, and the 3 from the TRU exclusive set.

The new sale at Gamestop is buy one get one half off, which is a bit better than the bag deal since you don't have to buy the bag (unless you want an odd number of items).

I love Goofy! They nailed him in terms of sculpt, pose, and size! The Soldier and Mickey Mouse are wonderful too! I am still missing quite a few though.
