Garbage Pail Kids Adam Bomb Blind Bag Missing Pieces?

So I bought some Garbage Pale Kid Blind Bags, and in one of the boxes all I got was Adam Bomb's Mushroom cloud, but not Adam. Has this happened to anybody else?

Not with GPK but it has happened to me with other lines of mystery minis.

yikes that's not good... I didn't even know this could happen - in fact I have only been able to break 1 Mini on accident lol it was a Warcraft one (I'm not a big Warcraft person but bought because they were super cheap, it's the one with the girl holding her hands together - the hands broke off)
