I thought I was happy with ANH Mystery Minis, and then I see these. Amazing job, hope the odds aren't too tough on the exclusives.

I'm glad there are no Walgreens exclusives for this one. I've never found any Marvel Legends, Star Wars Black Series, and Funko exclusives in stores at two different locations and the some can go for Wal-Wart with certain ones. I'm gonna go with the Hot Topic this time try to get Bossk, one of my favorite Bounty Hunter out of the six from Empire Strikes Back.

So I've been trying to pre-order them from GameStop with no success. So my local store emailed the Merchandising Dept to ask why they can't be pre-ordered. The response they got was that they weren't sure if they were going to carry them or not. Strange since Funko already announced the GameStop Exclusives. Hmmm ... :-k

I don't think I've ever seen Mystery Minis as a preorderable item at Gamestop. I could be wrong since I've never even attempted, but it just may not be something they can do. It's a case so I'm not sure if it would let you preorder an entire case vs preordering one box. Just keep checking in with your gamestop and have them look it up to see when they're dropping and what stores got them in.

Some stores (Walgreens and Walmart) have been really bad with their exclusives lately but Gamestop has been pretty on point...

I didn't know that. I will have to check and find out if my store is designated as a collectibles store.

I’m sure they have it figured out with their sales and which stores the most collectibles/toys. I know one GameStop near me sells quite a few while another one a few miles away has stuff go on clearance.

I read that only the Prestige stores got Deadpool minis so it could be that will be the new normal for Gamestop. Apparently a prestige store is one that has a certain level of sales and has enough people do the online surveys at the end of the receipts they always circle. It's a little weird.

Which means mostly the ones in malls I would reckon? I would imagine they would have the most sales compared to the ones that are part of a shopping center, though I could be wrong.

I've been told by my store contact over here (Australia) that they will be here around early September, so maybe late August in the States? Seems to be quite the time away from their announcement, unlike the Potter S3 ones, for example...

True, I’m still waiting for Target and Barnes&Noble to get their exclusives for HP, and I’m still missing Dolores from the common case also

Hopefully they are removable from the bases. The bases get in the way while displaying or photographing. Please hear us Funko!! Please do not glue them down.
