I'm surprised nobody mentioned Really Really Big Man (RRBM) from Rocko's Modern Life. That episode where Philbert cried out for him because Rocko was in charge of the comic shop is one of my favorite episodes.

Hahaha, you're right, RRBM would be an excellent addition, and would pair well next to Powdered Toast Man! And maybe Monkey Man from Hey Arnold!
