Ad Icons Mystery Minis

Great things come in mysterious miniature or pint sized packages, but which great thing will it be? It's all a mystery until you open one. Then the fun begins.

Congrats! It is always an amazing feeling when you open that black bag to discover a 1/72.

Such a great feeling! I have not had it heretofore so even cooler the first time!

I would have traded my extra Fruit Brute lol, I posted I had an extra on August 30th. You had a Boo berry extra too it seemed that you sold to someone that I would have traded it for. Oh well, guess that happens sometimes. I still need Metallic JGG and Boo Berry, the search continues!

Lol... I did sell it to someone for cheap on here to help them out. Maybe next time.

Was able to get one for $6 shipped, totally worth it to not have to deal with blind boxes.

anybody have a weight for fruit brute? Last one I’m trying to track down.

This set was a lot of fun to collect. Don’t even really mind having dupes of these.

Bought 2 cases, but the one I got from HQ was missing 1 from the bottom row (looked like a full case when I grabbed it off the shelf). Unfortunately, I did not get either of the 1/72's, but ended up finding 1 online and 1 from a local collector. There is no way they won't do a second wave with as many as icons that are coming out and with how popular these ones were.

I know you'll all feel my pain - still trying to help out some friends going for this set. Thought I'd found a yummy mummy for them - total fail! King Ding Dong instead. Gave my adventuring-companion a great laugh though when I told her that I refuse to speak his name without adding in the Ding!

Barnes have been getting them in, already picked over for the high ratio figs though by someone. Glad I finished my set, after trading for Boo Berry and buying Metallic Green Giant on the secondary market.

Haven’t seen any restocks at Target besides the ones during first week. GS never got any unless it was a pre-order. I never found them at Hot Topic or Box Lunch. And B&N is slowly getting stock but it’s sparse.

Besides Count Choc, I think Funko nailed it with the mini molds. And I think they had enough of an idea that these would be highly sought after. Maybe restocks might not be for awhile but I think they’ll come eventually.

Well, they have to make 72 at a time, to maintain ratios. So need orders of 6 cases to justify seeing more. I think they should work on series 2 instead, seems more cost effective.

I agree, I just hope it doesn't take too long! Some of the restocks I've seen happen are like a year after the initial drop! Really hoping we're not well into series 2 before the series 1 restocks start!

Just when I had given up hope... I found a FULL case at B&N for $5.99 apiece and then 10% off as a member! I will report in when I open it.

A couple weeks ago, I came across around 15-16 loose boxes at a Boxed Lunch grand opening, but they were almost $8 apiece - and there was no way I was taking a chance of getting more 1/6’s than I would in a single case lol

Congrats on a really good case, that's awesome! Also good to know that hope can still be found with this set! Would like to find the missing ones before series 2 comes out someday!
