Has anyone on here used their Hot Cash on the case? I was told I could not, that I could only use it on 4 blind boxes. Honestly, I do not know the rules, so I just agreed with what the cashier told me.

Yea the one by me said it’s to stop flippers from buying everything and reselling. But I talked to the workers there and I tell them they’re for my personal collection and they let me buy any amount
I even help them get some minis some times.
