No, i believe most of the time they do 20% off all online purchases and once a month they do Flash sales from 30%-50% off, online only. In store that promotion of buy 1 get 1 half off has always been like that. i think i've only seen them do that promotion once online, but i could be mistaken

Just ordered gold Hikari Skeletor, and 4 pops from hot topic in 2 orders using the hot cash. harley quinn with roller skates is live. have to be an HT+1 member to use the hot cash today (i am sure we are all members here)

Just ordered a few pops over the phone so they could combine the 2 hot cash i had. There was about 110 harley quinn left when i called 30 minutes ago, she will probably be sold out in the next few hours i assume. So upset i could'nt get black lantern reverse flash, it went out of stock before i called!!!! $40 shipped for 5 pops, not exactly a steal :P

It seems like he hasn't been in stock for a while or he just sold out quickly. :/
Even the none blue eye version is out of stock.

That is what I am doing. I used a code someone posted on here... Picked up HQ Roller Derby, Joker Arkham Asylum, and a Nightmare Before Christmas Mystery Mini

The way I see it I basically got a POP for free so I am happy with it..

I got $120 worth of pops and mystery/blind bags for just over $70 so I think that's a good deal in my book.
