Re: Hikari Friday 4/24 -- Inferno Iron Man
Oh no, I sure hope he's NOT 10" tall like Spiderman. I was hoping these would be 6-7" like the Universal Monsters or Star Wars, since I'd be displaying them all together.
The Hulk would make sense to be bigger, but that's why I didn't get Spidey. I did get Groot, though. Is Spidey the same size as Groot?

Iron-man and Hulk are the regular size. All the Marvel and Star Wars Hikari are $79.99, because of the licensing.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no set pricing of $79.99 for regular Marvel or Star Wars Hikari figures. The only Hikari I've ever run into a "set" price was for a few Entertainment Earth exclusive Hikari figures and even that was just a MAP requirement.

I'm in the same boat. I've yet to buy one Hikari but I know that's going to change with Iron Man. Considering how popular he is, I'm guessing there will be a bunch of variants released. I'm going to wait and see which I like the bese before commiting. Shelf space is very limited...

There was only one colorway for Iron Man at Toy Fair this year, though--Metallic yellow/red (plain) Iron Man.

Re: Hikari Friday 4/24 -- Inferno Iron Man
I very rarely pay $80 for my Hikari. In general, $80 ones drop to around $50-60 on eBay. If hot topic carries them, you can wait until hot cash days or one of their other sales (and use promo codes) to get prices down to $40-50. Also, check around the different places selling them, if they're not exclusives. A lot of pricing variation. That said, I did pre-order the $85 EE exclusive Wampa, but it's a LE 250.
