Series two is a really well-rounded set, and I love it. So excited for Universal Monsters, and Hitchcock is such a surprise! I think my favorites are The Crow and Shaun & Ed. A definite whole case purchase here.

I would've liked this addition to the set as well.
I'm debating if I want to purchase a case. Do you think these will be sold in a 12 piece case? I'm wondering which ones, if any, will be the rare/chase figures.

I have a feeling the Gremlin and Hitchcock will be hard to obtain, don't know why.

Yeah so true, the whole family would be nice with a Glen as well, but I doubt that would happen

I think this is the first mystery minis series where I want every single piece. I'm really excited to see Alfred Hitchcock in there. Can't wait for these!

I wonder when these will be out. I didn't see any actual pics of these from Toy Fair, just the catalog pictures, and they aren't up for pre-order like most of the other new minis coming out.

I would bet they come out around September/October to coincide with Halloween.

I got two of my guesses, The Lost Boys David and the Gremlin. Three if you count The Fly, but it's not the Cronenberg version that I was hoping for. Definitely down for them, American Werewolf, Beetlejuice, Shawn & Ed, and Hitchcock. I'm surprised they didn't do a Jaws mini in this round, they are using the license for ReAction and might as well get their money's worth. Looks like another great series.

Would have loved a Jaws mini. It'd be interesting to see how they would approach his design. I gotta say though I honestly could have done without Shaun and Ed. There are just so many better horror characters IMO.

Honestly series one is so much better then this set. I gladly bought a case but for this series I'm just gonna pick and choose the few I want from ebay. I wonder what the Ratios for these will be?

Yeah series 1 was definitely a much better spread of horror characters. I won't be looking to get them all from series 2. They did include some that I've really wanted however like Frankenstein, The Fly and The American Werewolf In London.

I don't know what they can and can't make, but I'd love series 2 to be something like.....
Ash (non chainsaw arm, with shotgun)
Deadite
Pumpkinhead
Jeepers Creeper
The Crow
Pinhead
JAWS Shark (Bruce the shark)
Jason X
Tiffany
Sam (without mask)
NES Freddy
Gremlin
Gizmo
Jigsaw (from Saw with robe and mask)
I'd love an Ash (any Ash), so I definitely hope they make another one.
Would also love a Gizmo, Crow and Gremlin, too.
Looking for Mal & Rocketeer (and a few random others). The gf wants to trade Ponies.

That would be awesome if they just a had a series of minis dedicated to the Universal Monsters. They could make cool variants for some of them.

Yes, I totally agree with them going for the rest of the Universal monsters!
Some I'd love to see show up in Series 3:
Jaws (I was really hoping he'd be in Series 2)
Stay Puft Marshmallow Man
Graboid
Cloverfield monster
Rhedosaur
50ft. Woman
Mummy
Invisible Man
The Thing (in some form)
Robot Monster (I love the costume design as cheesy as it is)
Dale and Tucker (such a stupid, fun horror movie)
A lot of these are giant movie monsters, which I think would be cool as a stand alone mini series too.

Yeah I'm pretty happy with some of the Series 2 choices shown so far. I'm guessing they aren't coming out till Fall 2015?
I'd love to see the final distribution to see who was rare. Can't wait for The Fly, Alfred Hitchcock, Nosferatu, Frankenstein's Monster, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Cthulu, and the Werewolf! I'm buying a full case for sure.

The more I look at this lineup, the more I love its mix of properties across several decades.
1920's- Nosferatu, Cthulhu
1930's- Frankenstein's Monster
1950's- Gill-Man, The Fly, Alfred Hitchcock
1980's- Pinhead, American Werewolf, Stripe, Beetlejuice, David
1990's- The Crow, Edward Scissorhands
2000's- Ed, Shaun
That's a really well-rounded mix of characters. I can hardly wait for this fall!

You would have gone nuts for the collection I used to own then. I was 13 when Brandon Lee died. 14 When the movie came out. And so, being a kid, I collected everything I could that had anything to do with him and the crow. Still kinda bummed that I sold it all years ago. But I still have a couple choice collectibles. I kept my trading card set. And more importantly, I kept the 27x40 theatrical teaser that they released before the film came out.
On topic, I'd love to see more Evil Dead. Definitely something Dracula related. The movie was ho-hum, but I think that either Charles Dances' character or Vlad in armor from Dracula Untold would make for great minis. As would an old version of Dracula from the Coppola film.

Dracula is definitely a must for this series! I'm guessing they didn't put him in Series 2 because of Nosferatu?
Another I thought about is Tarman from the Return of the Living Dead.
