They should make Patton Oswalt Pops variants for game stop, hot topic, and the disney store each with a different lanyard with a clearly read different name

I hope that isn't how they distribute them, I don't like gamestop and how the get exclusives, now maybe a 3 pack or all at 1 place would be interesting but how many of the Koenig brothers are there? Also any idea why we haven't seen them in anything that has happened to SHIELD since Puerto Rico? (last night's appearance was a flashback to year ago)

I'd laugh so hard if that ever happened. I'd be a pain in the a$$ tracking them down, but I'd totally do it.

But maybe we'll see them in the finale. The Koenigs tend to pop up randomly in the show.

The Black Out Ant Man is definitely an SDCC exclusive. In bookmaster it has a SOS date for July. SOS = strict on sale. They never do that for collectibles, but they did do it once last year with the SDCC exclusives that participating stores had. So far two Marvel POPs are SOS for July: this Ant Man and an Unmasked Cap.

Ya'll be ready to visit your B&N during comic con again to nab some exclusives in person like last year.

^ I am going to guess yes. I don't know if you remember last year, but B&N had SDCC exclusives for a limited time during the week of the con. Well, for July 2015 there is a lot of FUNKO stuff that is SOS for July. That means if we get it before, we cannot sell it before that date. They never do that with Funko. I think it means another round of timed exclusives so it's a safe bet that they're SDCC.

This is all speculation on my end though.

I still say we need Maria Hill, Peggy Carter, and Howard Stark before we get any of the TV characters, but I would appreciate a Mockingbird one and maybe one of Skye, but there are enough characters from the movies they haven't done yet that would be obvious who they are that haven't been made yet like Falcon, Dum Dum Doogan, Quicksilver, Klaw, Fandral, Volstag, Hogun, and if the rumors of a Ms Marvel tv show for next year are true I would want her before most of the SHIELD characters too

We dont need a howard. Peggy and maria maybe. Falcon yes, dugan yes, klaw will come with the black panther movie. Maybe we will get fandral hogan and volstag for the next thor movie along with beta ray bill....and they better not give the new ms marvel character a series this soon.

I would say Howard is equally as important as Peggy, they were both Cap's closest friends (apart from Bucky), they themselves are very good friends, and they founded SHIELD together. Personally I hope they don't use Beta Ray Vill in the movies because I think he is a bit too out there for the average audience to go along with, and as far as Ms. Marvel, I see no reason not to do it, before Empire came out ABC was the only network really pushing for diverse leads, and since Empire came out every network is pushing it even more, and Ms Marvel is a prime candidate as because if ABC is smart they will run a similar schedule to this year, and again if they are smart SHIELD and the spinoff rumored to be Mocking Bird and Hunter would air back to back on Tuesday nights (I hate when a spin-off series airs on a different night), and then in the winter if they renew Carter (which I hope they do) it would run in the SHIELD time slot and Ms Marvel would run in the spin-off's time slot, and for that matter I would very much like another Marvel series that could run during the summer.

this, and the way I see it is if both characters can exist in the same universe in the comics then they can both exist in the MCU

I thought it was pretty poor form from the so-called House of Ideas to recycle the 'Something Marvel' name yet again... At least Carol has gone by other codenames (Binary, Warbird). It may be too confusing for generic non-comic-reader movie fans to remember who is who.

I don't know, it seems like the average audience doesn't know that Bobbi could become an Avenger whether on screen or just a Secret avenger working for Coulson, and for that matter I don't think they even know she is Mockingbird, but all of the Marvel fans know it and its awesome, they could do something similar with Ms Marvel, I didn't know who she was until the SHIELD comic had an issue where they met her

Yup everything is so spread out that #87 could be anything. It seriously wouldn't surprise me if it was either Ant-Man, AoT, SHIELD, of GotG. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be a SDCC exclusive or new unmasked variant. And remember we still don't know what #63 is, could be, or if it will ever exist.

I HOPE MCC's June box comes with a pop. Yes marvel teamed up with funko to do this monthly box but funko has several lines of toys, so necessarily there doesn't have to be a pop in each box. I hope this isn't the case tho

"So, as a BN mgr, I can tell you the dates are July 9-11. It is comic collectible weekend as part of "Get Pop Cultured" month. As far as exclusives and SOS dates listed in the article, I looked and there is no info that I can find as of this point. Last year we had a few pops and every store will get them. It is a national promo. Last year each store only got 3-4 of each, just FYI."
