Fabrikations
Is the Fabrikations line still being made ? I was hoping they would come out with more horror fabs, like the Jason Voorhees ......Anyone have any info on this line of products ?

I think it's fair to assume that Fabrikations are done for. We haven't had one for over a year.

Re: Fabrikations
Yeah, I was sort of thinking that......Funko is pushing there other plush lines it seems. A bunch of Rick and Morty coming out in regular plush and the XL size. But still I would of liked to have seen a Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger , Leatherface and Pinhead Fabrikation. The Voorhees Fab is pretty cool looking.

Re: Fabrikations
just reiterating what everyone else is saying. i don't think this line is going to be made any longer.
i do feel like Funko is very invested in their plush lines, i just don't know how much traction any of them get. i personally, am not a huge plush collector so fabrications were great for me as they were plush but not overly plush (if that makes any sense). but i always look forward to what comes next.

These were a really interesting idea, I love the concept, the design worked super well for some but fell flat for others. I personally only own one but doubt we will be seeing anymore.

Re: Fabrikations
I agree with Funkystark that they were hit and miss. I have a couple that I really love, but there were others I just didn't feel worked. That said, we have tons of the multiple other plush lines so don't think stuffies in general are going anywhere.

Re: Fabrikations
Love the TMNT set of Fabrikations. The human characters weren't my favorite, but spiderman, baymax, etc. were pretty cool. I have a small collection of them. =)

I bought 3 when they first came out, they were probably a bit too expensive for a plush type.

Re: Fabrikations
I have several The Avengers line, Spidey . Deadpool , Greedo and Mr Voorhees. I think the last one to come out was Spiderman in the Marvel Collectors Corps. Some of the plushies are cool and I'm not huge into them....I just think the Fabs were unique looking , still think there could be a market for them with select characters.

Not to pile on the obvious, but I think that they are being deprioritized. Like many of you plush isn't my thing, but maybe its meant for a whole different audience. As they get these master toy licenses they can create items for the casual buyers and for younger audiences.

Sad to see them done. I really liked the Stitch, Rocket and Chewbacca ones. I even have the X-Force Deadpool from Target .

Fabrikations were bigger and more detailed than the plush they have now. I have the Stitch one that I got from a claw machine a while back and I haven't seen them around since.

I get what you are saying! “Not overly plush” i think is a good way of putting it! I personally liked fabrikations over most other plush but I still wouldn’t go out an actively buy them as I too am not much of a plush guy! It makes sense Funko is putting their focus elsewhere!

That's an awesome deal! The last one's we saw in store was were Groots at 5 and Below. My husband saw them but wanted to ask me before he got one. When he went back, they were all gone That is other than FYE that didn't want to put them on sale. I haven't checked FYE for the Fabrikations in a while though so they might've clearanced them.

Re: Fabrikations
I don't think Fabrikations will be coming back. Funko has been focusing on a lot more of the smaller plushies that don't require packaging. Fabrikations had bulky packaging and I think it's too costly to continue making them like that.

You are most likely correct as they have been focusing on the smaller ones as of late.

I think frabrikations were put on the back burner as they weren’t a big seller I do have about 7 all marvel. They were cool but never picked up popularity! Maybe one day they will make a return.
