Re: Let's See those Mini Displays
I love seeing all the mini displays. Giving me lots of ideas for my collection. Right now, they are just randomly placed all over.
Grail: Batman Freddy
Desperately want: Flashpoint Batman, SDCC Blue Batman.

Might look into building my own. Buying them gets pricey!
I totally recommend building your own. I have started doing that and really like how they turn out. Probably can't provide pictures, but I use a foam board material.
There was a thread awhile back that people showed off displays. A few users showed off their displays using these displays cases from the Container Store:
https://www.containerstore.com/s/collec ... d=10022884
I tried them and highly recommend them too! I bought a few of them myself and they're very effective for minis. For bigger collections I'd suggest custom risers though.
Foam board! I do remember people saying they use that to make them. I just need to stop being lazy and look into it. Thanks for the recommendations!!!
Foam board works great. We used it to make risers for our Dorbz display. Highly recommended.

Carefully.
Had to bend her legs a bit to get her to fit. The shelves have round indents for displaying a golf/baseball inside. I flip them updated down for the flat surface for a mini to stand on, that indent also helps with her bow.

I don't have a picture but those shot-glass display cases from Micheal's are just about perfect for minis!

Haha, understood. I did the same thing with my case (flipping the shelves upside down), but it was so frustrating because practically every Mini series I want to display contains at least one extra tall character that won’t fit regardless (Loki, Captain Hook, McGonagall, etc.).
I settled on classic Star Wars. The indent helps Chewbacca just barely fit in there, but you have to 86 the figure stand.

Nice display cases! Really like the way that looks. It’s a nice fit just like the baseball bat display for pops.

Re: Let's See those Mini Displays
I can't build anything without directions buy my fiance is going to try and build me a Disney inspired one for my tsum tsum collection already so maybe I can convince him to build me one for my disney PSH and Mystery MIni set. I really like the Michael's Displays and my friend from work bought me one for my collection but I think it would be so cool to have themed ones. Fingers crossed he can do it

You have to upload it to another website or use Instagram. No way to attach a photo from your computer.Joshz89 wrote:Hey guys, sorry I’m new and got a stupid question. Can someone tell me how to post a pic? I can’t figure it out . Wanted to post my mini set.

So it looks like the Container Store $9.99 special and the IKEA ledge shelves are the go-to solutions here. Good to know we've not missed anything

I think I'll paint the boxes a deep forest green or just straight black so they blend in a bit more...

A few of my Rick and Morty minis are stuck down but not the ones in the photo. Most are fine, except Adam Maitland. He'll drop at the sign of a whisper

Thanks, that's good to know! Taking apart, masking and spray painting these was a bit of a chore. I will check Target out when I need more.
