Agree after wcw went away and WWF became WWE I lost interest
Same here... I feel WCW was holding on to our childhood with the wrestlers they had at the moment and WWE eliminated that.
Agree, I haven’t really been paying attention but I don’t know if there are any wrestlers that have that same charismatic appeal like the ones of the past. I know I sound like an old dude but I used to love how there were so many characters we loved. Even if they were not our go to wrestler!!

Yeah same here. I’m trying to get back into it. I did love the Rock era but then we went away too
For me after Stone Cold and DX kinda went away I was done.
Oh yeah that those were another pair of great ones. Love that double beer smash and drink and the flipping of the bird haha

You hit it right on the spot, I couldn’t agree more. Back then title matches were interesting cause the best of the best had a title. There was only 3, if you think about it.

There's really not that many championships consider all the different shows and the size of the roster under the WWE umbrella nowadays. The problem is that they've, for whatever reason, chosen not to highlight at least a third of the roster on a regular basis and have apparently just given up on the brand split. IMO, they need to differentiate the shows better. Give them all a unique roster, look, and feel so that fans can almost forget they're all shows from the same company.

I don’t know why WWE doesn’t come out with a classic lineup video game. Instead we get different era dlc wrestlers. I want to classic matches. Let’s make this happen!
The reason why a lot of this hasn't happened all has to do with how WWE licenses there performers likeness. WWE used to allow their license holders to independently get the license of classic superstars, which is why 10-12 years ago, you saw action figures of so many classic superstars. Within the last 10-12 years, WWE changed how they license and now characters have to be under a legends contract in order for their likeness to be used on WWE merchandise. For example, Bret Hart is under a legend's deal, so you have had two Bret Hart Pop!s, however, Owen Hart's estate hasn't signed a legends contract, which is why there is no Owen Hart merchandise.

So, the fans are the ones that lose and can’t get what feel right.
You see classic teams for NBA 2k franchise, and the wwe game is under the same company. With today’s graphics and to have all the classic rosters would be a dream come true.

Likely mentioned in this thread already but I'd love to see a DX pack of some sort... some more off the top of my head:
Hart Foundation 2-pk
Stone Cold ride w/ either his truck or the beer truck
Nation of Domination
Undertaker Mankind pop town style hell in a cell
But basically anything from the attitude era gets my money in a heartbeat! (if we're going to keep within the wrestling theme but outside of WWE, i'd love to see a full run of nWo pops.. both the black and white and the wolfpack)

Taker in a coffin would be really cool as well. Imagine pop towns of all the old school WWF interview back drops, The Barber Shop? Paul Bearer's funeral shop or whatever it was. The possibilities are endless!
