Possible Landmark Pop's? Tell us what you think, or would suggest.
I would love to see something like this happen, the youth of today could get a rough idea of some landmarks they may never get to see
The Eiffel Tower
The Sphinx
Big Ben
The Great Wall of China
Mt. Fuji

Most pops are humanoid shaped, so maybe a Mt. Rushmore 4 pack, or famous statues like Walt and Mickey, or Terracotta soldier, or The Thinker, or Venus de Milo?
I just haven't seen a bunch of Pop Buildings yet

Although some Moai from Easter Island or the Wall Street Bull or The Sphinx or the Troll Under the Bridge might work now that I think about it.

You can't really do a pop of a building. Pops have to be, generally, humanoid, as someone said above. There is the occasional exception, like the Iron Throne, but I don't see how there could be a pop of a mountain or a building. Then it's just Funko making a replica. Not really a pop.

I could totally see the Wall Street Bull / Sphinx being made into pops

I have to agree with most of the posters that buildings, bridges, towers and walls would not make interesting Pop!

Personally not a building, they'd look daft in my opinion.
However, the Sphinx I'd buy, given it at least has features. I'd be well up for Statues, too, even if they were all Freddy's; Liberty Freddy is one of my favourite Pops. I'd really love Christ the Redeemer, it'd end up being a real hit in Brazil.

This is my thinking also. Now, monuments and statues are worth considering. But would they be better as themselves, or as Freddy-ified versions, a-la Liberty Freddy?

I’d actually really like to see a Pop! Art line. The Thinker, Mona Lisa, Lincoln Memorial.
See you space cowboy...

My two Tardises and Enchanted Rose beg to differ.
That said, I think it could work within a Movie/Comics moment scene, but can’t visualize them as standalone pops.

But that was my point exactly. Like I said, the Iron Throne worked because it was associated with a fandom. That's different from a random monument.

Well there could be a line like "Freddy Around The World" and have the pop be the size of a movie moment where Freddy visits popular destinations. So for example it would be French Freddy at the Eiffel Tower. That way Funko doesn't necessarily need to "Pop-ify" landmarks.
This be Aud, o2thedbld, odd!

That's a pretty cool idea I like it a lot. This is the only way I can see them making building landmarks. As far as humanoid landmarks such as the statue of liberty, more of these would be very cool.

What if Funko made Historic landmarks?
With Funko HQ coming out soon, it would be awesome to see Funko make awesome landmarks. I’d love to see the Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, Mt Rushmore, or Great Wall of China?

That's a cool idea. I'd probably collect the ones I've visited and add new ones to my collection as I visit the landmarks.

My thoughts went to this line as well.
It would be awesome if they came with mini historic landmarks from their respective country (and not pop towns because I'm running out of room! )
Keep the MOTU line coming!

I believe it would be a money loser to continue to put out "Pop Towns". I just don't see Funko making profit on these things.

I agree. It’s a cool concept. But at current scale it’s really hard to collect all these and display.

It would make funko so much money internationally. When tourist stop at these landmarks, they can just pick up a pop to remember it

Oh yeah pop towns take a lot of space. They could possible make them smaller. I just see LEGO killing it with these awesome landmarks and see funko destroying it
