Trimming a Collection (aka Scotty's Collection)

It don't mean a thing if it ain't got a spring. Come inside and chat about Funko Wacky Wobblers (bobble heads, for the less sophisticated).

Jorge, the list is too long to write out--it was a LOT--roughly 200 seven-inch Wacky Wobblers ended up being pulled. I've sold a few, but eventually I'll have a pretty big sale (but no time soon).

Oh no worries, I was only curious because I’m sure trimming is no easy task. For my it always consists of a lot of back and forth decisions in my head, and asking myself what each piece means to me. Luckily I’ve only had to slim the collection a few times, and not as many pieces. I’m sure it took some time to go through the filtering process for over 200 wobblers. But the ones you decide to keep are all great pieces of Funko history. I know I keep saying it but it truly is a beautiful collection.

.
2020 has forced a lot of changes on everyone, unfortunately mostly bad. In a crazy world, it's sometimes the little things, the small victories, that mean the most. Isolating myself for 7 months has been a challenge, and even a bit of a drain on my soul. How lucky I am to have my Funko friends all around me in my den, staring at me with a thousand little smiles. And even cooler is that they are apparently all immune to the corona virus.

On a happier note, I was able to add 7 Hucks to my collection. See my Update #3 note in the first post.

I only have 3 Hucks to find to be Funko Huck complete: LE3 dark blue 7" Wobbler; LE3 red 7" Wobbler; and LE3 red stem Wobbler Pez.

I know there's a Mega Pop! Plush, but I don't collect plush. Maybe out of principle, I'll get it if I find the other 3 first. lol

I have had every intention of updating my pics, especially since there have been a few epic adds--but somehow I seem...squirrel!

I have never been to the Philippines, but marvel at the Funko spirit of the Filipino Funatics. I love looking at their pics when they post here and other places. I would love to get out there one day.
