Star Wars NFTs may happen with Disney characters dropped. The question is when?

They are using dropp now. No access in some states ... and unfortunately I am in one of those states :(

The Mickey and Friends is only on the Dropp Marketplace. So you can't transfer to aromichub. It made a lot of Ukrainians mad, because they didn't read what they were agreeing to. Most places can buy packs, but the groups that can't ise Dropp's Marketplace is a larger amount. So a lot of people bought packs with the intent to sell on Atomichub, only to finally realize they couldn't and then they also couldn't sign up for the Marketplace.

That's why you need to always read what you are agreeing too. Also why do you even buy it for the intent of reselling, they probably didn't do research and didn't know it's not a popular set

I expect Star Wars and Marvel drops in 2024 now that Dropp has their own marketplace. It just needs to evolve and grow a little bit so that funko collectors can use it. If they can unlock their marketplace to non-NFT enthusiasts, then their could be some fun growth in this entire segment. Digital card trading apps are popular, this could grow into that space if done well.

I am surprised they haven't done Star Wars or Marvel NFT pops yet. With the fan base both have they won't have to "burn" any cards I think. Who is making these decisions at Funko?

I think the worry with Star Wars would be overproduction. DC 2 had 100k packs (I think mainly because DC 1 was the first set to release after the physicals started hitting and flippers went nuts thinking they could flip DC 2) and I could see Star Wars or the MCU getting close to that and then needing to burn a ton of packs.
Please Funko make Taylor Swift Pops!

Most wanted non-Taylor Pops: Carson Teva, Naru from Prey, The Last of Us TV show

Waiting for Star Wars. Going to be interested. I had been interested in Potter but most of the hard pops weren't wanted much by me.

That being said. The Krum shark is great. And I will definitely try to get the Potter death eater haha.

I had to pause when I read this. Good question lol.

My initial answer would be no re-releases and no art whatever things. Would mainly be looking forward to the Freddy.
