ugh I have had no luck finding the Cap 2 Pops - I've tried Walgreens, Books-A-Million, Target, Walmart, and Toys R Us. has anyone had any luck finding them outside of a comic book shop?

Not a fan of getting Marvel Pops! but the upcoming ones look great. Would like to see a flocked Rocket and a real-tree textured Groot. :0
Disappointed that theres no Falcon- or maybe an unmasked Cap.
Still not sure why they havent made villains for GOTG. Also hoping for Xmen pops.

If online is not your thing try Hot Topic. My local one kept trying to sell them to me when I bought my GITD Cap. Especially the unmasked Winter Soldier. They kept saying it was a Hot Topic thing even though it isn't (it was the regular one). I got the whole set a couple weeks ago from Gemini.

Yeah, I've been holding off buying them from Gemini because I prefer to buy my toys in person (so I can pick out the best paint job) but I might have to change that because I know Hot Topic's going to over-charge for them. (though I'd be there in a hot minute if they truly had a unmasked Winter Soldier - but no goggles=/=unmasked) But thanks for the info!

I ran into this http://popvinyls.com/2014/02/21/toy-fai ... -bad-ugly/, it talks about an interview with a rep from Funko. The section that caught my eye was specifically this part:

Aside from the Marvel movies coming out this year and Agent Phil Coulson from the Agents of SHIELD TV Series, do not expect any new regular Marvel characters to be released.

The interviewer followed this up with:

(I have a feeling we will see some Pop! from X-Men: Days of Future Past from the way Allison mentioned this…. I even notated “X-Men” on my pad.)

I'm still skeptical on an X-Men:DAFP series. I mean the GOTG movie is in August and we already know those exist, while X-Men is in May and we have heard nothing. Spider-Man 2 also comes out in May and those have been plastered everywhere.

I'm doubtful as well. Wouldnt really even be excited if they came out. It would have to be a certain handful of characters to make it worth while.

I'm still rooting for more "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" POPs, myself.

But I too am having a hard time locating Winter Solider POPs, and by that I mean I can't find Black Widow or the unmasked Winter Solider anywhere at all in the area I live in.
I'd order offline, but I'm picky about paint.

I don't think they will do more this year. MAYBE a few next year, but probably the only reason why Coulson was released was since he's a pretty important character both in the TV show and Avenger. They might release one or two next year if the show continues to get bigger (and better as ratings and in my honest opinion, it's not THAT great)
I like Marvel but I prefer Arrow. If Agents of SHIELD pops do get released, I would probably like to see Skye.

I'm sure well definitely get some next year, seeing as that's when Age of Ultron is coming out ((maybe then we can finally get a Hawkeye Pop )) I tried my hardest to watch Arrow when it first aired, but I lost interest. I think AOS is getting better and better with each episode, and I'm always going to support it as best I can. And If by any miracle we do get more POPs from the show, I HAVE to have an Agent May. I'll buy whoever gets made, but I seriously want an agent May.

I'm with you on Arrow I saw the first 3-4 episodes, but I just couldn't get into it. I guess since I'm such a huge Marvel fan I got into the Agents of Shield easier than I should have. I'll admit it's not the greatest thing, but it is very good and I hope they continue to introduce new Marvel character to the cinematic universe. And I agree and have said it a million times HAWKEYE NEEDS HIS OWN POP DAMMIT!!!!!!!!! He is my most favorite Marvel character and was in the Avengers, but somehow didn't get his own Pop. I'll take whichever costume, but I would prefer his classic outfit.

Oh yeah in case you all might have missed it. The Guardians of the Galaxy Pops went up for pre-order on Entertainment Earth. I like their mint condition guarantee, and that is where I ordered my 2nd run Logan Pop. When I ordered I got a free diorama with a T-Rex. If only I had more X-Men Pops I would setup a Savage Land scenario.

I'm more of a Gemini guy, but EE is very good too if you want to put in an order right now.

I'm more of a fan of Marvel but am not too hardcore.
The first 3-4 episodes of Arrow wasn't good, I agree but now, it's really good.
For me, Agents of SHIELD got really boring (I watched until the fourth episode) and lacked many cameos by superheroes (where Arrow had loads). I'll probably start watching and catching up with the show sometime.

I like the way you think. I'm DYING for a Ronan Pop, but the exclusions that seem the strangest to me are Malekith and Falcon. I don't get why they did a generic "Dark Elf" and 2 versions of Winter Soldier (not to mention 3 of Cap) instead of doing a Falcon Pop. He would look so cool! It makes me wonder if there is some kind of approval they have to get for the line-ups, maybe even from the actors being portrayed. but who WOULDN'T want a Pop counterpart?

It would be rather funny if we finally got a Hawkeye POP and he's in his classic outfit. I wouldn't complain either because I do really want a POP of him. I'm kind of hoping we get a Quick Sliver and Scarlett Witch pop now too.

On PopVinyls.com, there was a new article of the tour of the Funko Headquarters and one of the things included was some new Marvel pieces (with a possible summer release) that's not part of a movie.

I've been hoping for Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver for a while, cuz I've loved them since I was a kid. I can't imagine they won't be included in the Age of Ultron line-up. I will buy them, but I will want comic versions eventually, too.

Another update for today. In case you haven't seen the thread a new Hot Topic Exclusive has been found and it is a Metallic GITD Electro. The picture is in the first post. It looks very nice, but since this is a fresh pic give it some time before they start popping up everywhere. I know it'll be at least a week or two before my store gets them.

Maybe its just me. I really didnt like how the mask turned out with the pop. and Cap wore the mask for like 15mins in the movie.

Personally, I'd love a unmasked Steve figure and a proper unmasked Winter Soldier figure, but I'd gladly give those up if it meant getting a Falcon figure instead.

But if it was between unmasked figures and a bunch of different paint jobs, then it's unmasked figures all the way. At least then you're getting an actual new figure, not a cheap gimmick =/

I like the idea of an umasked Rogers. Hopefully it wouldn't be an con exclusive, though. I'd never be able to get them at retail.

Just watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier and it's awesome.
After watching it, I really want an unmasked Cap with his shield on his back and an unmasked Winter soldier (fully) with metallic arm. Falcon would be cool too.
