Sher , the only way that you can get these ( at laest for now )is at the WARP TOUR , and as far as reserving a wobbler :? they're first come first serve , the EVO is a 3000 release I just came from the WARP this weekend and this was confirmed by the LTJ rep. there so your chances on that one are pretty good ,, the 20'' LTJ ANTHEM wobbler is another story , don't know how many were released the only thing it says on the LTJ site is way limited , some have said 200 maybe 300 and I've read somewhere 140 ,,those are bound to run out sooner than later , so get to the earliest show that you can and good luck have fun
