Need some help with this Wobbler

Need some help with this Wobbler

Hi everyone, i'm looking into trading this optimus prime wobbler since im not really into the wacky wobblers im more of a POP! guy, but anyway i wanted to see if i can get some info on him since i really cant find it anywhere else. Everything you really need to know, except a price, is right there on the box. Value: $20-$30 at best.
