I didn’t know there was a Freddy puzzle until after I bought my two Freddy candy figures. I don’t want to pay $7 shipping again, so I hope it’s in stock until the next exclusive drop I go for. My wife and I have been talking about building puzzles together and what better way to start than Freddy?

As someone who loves puzzles and then loves to frame them, I really do like these puzzles. I already have the freddy one and TMNT one. I really want the new Disney ones, but SDCC burned a whole in my wallet, so I have to wait.

My lady and I recently finished this one. I’m not a big puzzle guy but it was actually fun to build.!
When I bought the puzzle at the funko games booth at SDCC they gave us a crown puzzle piece (SDCC 2023)that fits into this puzzle

When I bought the puzzle at the funko games booth at SDCC they gave us a crown puzzle piece (SDCC 2023)that fits into this puzzle

So I bought this at funko.com awhile back, but haven't built it yet. They were so nice to give me a puzzle piece when we went to the booth and got other games. I made the comment too bad I already got the puzzle, so I can't get the piece. Lady was nice enough to let me take one.

Has anyone found a good frame for these? Something with minimal border that isn't $50ea?
I've seen a few, but the reviews say they aren't good for a puzzle so I'm not sure what to get.

So I have been doing puzzles well before Funko because they are great for decorations in my weird opinion. It will always be tough to find a good puzzle picture frame for cheap. This is just my experience. For border if you are talking about the little paper border that comes inside the frame, I think I just leave it out if I need to. It seems like a waste for a puzzle.

There's also trays for sorting puzzle pieces, like how LEGO builders have trays for each bag during assembly.

I used to do lots of 1000 piece puzzles when I lived in Seattle but never glued and framed them. I completed them, disassembled & put them back in the box, and there was a monthly puzzle swap I'd go to trade them for different ones. Would be kinda cool if people wanted to do a swap for these puzzles too, if they didn't want to glue and frame them. I know they can add up in price if purchased new.
