As one of the original founders, I in some ways still miss the days when Funko managed the boxes. It's still worked since it switched to Amazon, but, just doesn't have the same feel if that makes any sense to anyone else

Yeah I had my last two canceled by Amazon, and my Majin Vegeta shirt/pop combo too. So frustrating.

You knew what was coming and when. There were no surprises, no cancellations. Shipping and timing was almost always on point, I never had an issue at all. Once Amazon got it, then the headaches started. Amazon.com wont ship to Canada, but then eventually you find it on Amazon.ca, boxes cancelled because of product availability, I've had one box returned without consent because they deemed it "damaged"...it's not the worst it's been, but, seemed to be a lot less issues when it was Funko themselves controlling it

Specifically this point. The whole thing was strange because Funko would ship those boxes to Canada but not Funko Shop. Then it went to Amazon, which I thought would improve the situation and amazon.com won't ship to Canada and they don't have a subscription plan for Amazon.ca. So each time a box releases I have to wait, sometimes many months later for it to get a Canadian release and hope that my size is available and that they don't overcharge.

Currently I have to use mail forwarding and just subscribe through Amazon.com. I also like the more comic book inspired items rather than the tie-in stuff that Amazon boxes do now.

Yeah, the whole not shipping to Canada just still doesn’t make any world of sense to me especially when it comes to Funko Shop. Australia through Ozzie Collectibles or Popcultcha has no issue sending stuff here

The shipping stuff is always confusing when trying to find Pops elsewhere and they're sold out in the states. I'm not too picky on stickers so I just want my Pops

Sometimes its confusing too, I'll get a message that they ran out of product or something like that and then a couple weeks later I receive it. Weird.
