Based on the trailer, it doesn't look to be black panther.

The trailer for the Disney box was Beauty and the Beast and the Pops in it are wedding day Ariel and Eric. So I could see them throwing another curveball like that.

I wouldn't say the disney treasures wasn't a curveball. We could still have a mini from beauty the beast to go with belle. Maybe a Beast mini.

I know, but the theme of the trailer is not what the Pops ended up being, so I am taking it with a grain of salt. Could easily be a more minor item in the box.

Would it be too early to sign up for next months MCC? I don’t want the Animal Instincts box, but I do want the Infinity War box. If I got a subscription now, could I cancel the Animal Instincts one and reactivate it for Infinity War. I’m scared it will sell out before I have a chance to subscribe.

I unsubbed today, almost forgot, but I can't risk the money coming out tomorrow when I'm broke and considering I don't know if I want this box. Kind of wish there was a spoiler on this one, since it's so vague. Hopefully if I do like it and I can get it in a few weeks, or when I get my tax return. We shall see.

While I'm intrigued by the theme I also think it's a little weird that Funko isn't having a Black Panther box, especially since every other MCU movie that has came out since the subscription boxes started have had a box.

It's probably because no more pops to make from the BP movie. What other possible variant could they make, action pose?

I think it's a good thing, as possibly will get a new character.

Honestly I am not sure who they could have made for a Black Panther box but I haven't seen the film yet either. I mean, it's not like the "Civil War" box was that creative. I'm sure Funko could have came up with something. That said, I do think this Animal Instinct box could be pretty cool, especially if the POP!(s) is/are Marvel animals\sidekicks.

Every other MCU movie gets a box but Black Panther doesn't? REALLY? REALLY? That's some bs. And to those who want to argue that there are out of characters/ideas, this didn't stop the Ragnarok or Doctor Strange or GOTG or Spiderman boxes.

Black Panther is getting a bigger merch set than both Thor and Strange, maybe even Spider Man. Black Panther is getting almost the full deal, pops, dorbz, PSH, Pop tees, plushies, keychains, and possibly a first for a Funko shop release. Only missing Mystery minis.

On top of that Black Panther received some love outside of MCU recently with a few pops from the gamer verse and a classic Black Panther pop.

So what he isn't getting a MCC box? It's not like Funko isn't giving us plenty of of BP to buy out there.

Exactly. I for one am actually happy this box isn't Black Panther. Probably would have skipped this month's if it was. There are already a ton of Black Panther products like you said, the movie boxes are some of the weaker ones, and I don't know much about any of the other characters besides Black Panther himself. But I'm sure this box will include at least one Black Panther item. Very excited for this box.

Hopefully they get away from the "action pose" exclusives. But we shall see in 10 days or so.

Just sayin', but if the MCC box had been BP centric and the pop was the classic BP pop, I would have bought it without a second thought. To me, considering the movie pops are all over the place, that would have been the perfect MCC pop if they chose to make it BP themed. None the less, I'm not mad, I love the character and will get the classic pop as soon as I can, but since it's coming out, I've decided I probably won't get any of the movie based pops, I just don't need a lot of him and already have the one from Civil War anyway. Just wish we knew what was coming in this box now, ugh.
