Is there any other direct way of contacting them other than email. It seems to take about a week for each reply. I paid for my Deadpool box on Feb. 3rd. It shipped Feb 16th and never moved from the NJ location on tracking. Since then I've been playing email tag with customer service where they just keep insisting that I wait 2 more weeks to see if it shows up magically. Then I wait 2 weeks, email them and get told to do the same process all over again. It's annoying that it shipped 2 months ago and I still don't have it. Customer service can be very frustrating.
Also worth nothing that they claimed to have sent a replacement box on March 4th. Which has also not shown up and since they can't provide tracking for replacements I can't follow up.
PLEASE HELP

Unfortunately, email is the way to contact customer service.

Re: MCC Customer Service
Sounds like a postal employee has two Deadpool boxes sitting at home!.....or sitting on eBay with no buyers
