Don't get too excited about the future of these boxes because they are ending.

Oh are they actually ending now? I can never get a clear understanding of what's going on with these boxes - first I heard they were ending, but then they were coming back, but now they're ending again? Or maybe it was the Marvel ones that already ended? Too much news all the time lol

I hadn’t really looked into them ending but I figured it was just a matter of time.

I guess we all know not to subscribe to any more Amazon boxes since they all end up on clearance. Cloud City, Jabba’s Skiff and Dagobah are all $12.99 right now.

I'm actually pretty glad they're ending. A surprise is fun, but I don't need anything but the pops, and I'll eventually run out of room to store the other things. I'm happy to just buy the pops I want.

With how often these boxes end up on sale and how much warehouse space they take up, it's no wonder Amazon is stopping them for the second time. It's also why I cancelled my order... I really want one of the figures, but I can wait until the box hits $17 like all the rest.

Did you just spoil the contents of the box that hasn't shipped yet?

I saw the spoiler and like one of the items (though it doesn't really go with my current Star Wars collection) but am disappointed with the other. I'm glad I skipped it, but am sure some will like it for one of the items...

As these boxes kept going on, they progressed to being more & more terrible. Honestly, they should have ended before Amazon took them over.

Just got charged for the last box. You will be missed Smuggler’s Bounty - in my opinion there were only two outright duds (Jabba’s Barge and the Wookie box).

I just received shipping confirmation and I'm expecting my box tomorrow. I know that the boxes weren't always everyone's cup of tea, but I'm not gonna lie...I'm gonna miss this subscription. I always looked forward to getting my box and adding to my SW collection.

I'd say they were hit and miss from the beginning. Even some that had 2 Pop!s were disappointing with minor variations of existing ones. For example, the Rogue One box from late 2016 had an Imperial Death Trooper and Jyn Erso. Typically I'd be all over that box (plus it had a shirt!) since I collect Trooper variants, but there were 3 versions of the Imperial Death Trooper with the Walmart version (chrome) being the coolest. And if 3 variants of a Death Trooper weren't enough, having 5 of Jyn Erso (between 2016/2017) is really overkill.

Aww, I liked the Jabba's Barge one, it was the only one I picked up when they were recently on sale (maybe that helped). I don't really collect Star Wars Pops because I hate the bases, but I do have the Jabba and Rancor 3-packs, and the Klaatu and Lando in his guard costume go so well with the Jabba 3-pack.

Really good points; I overlooked some of that. That rogue one box was pretty disappointing, and I think it's a perfect example of how these boxes tended to go. There seemed to be a lot of minor changes to existing figures. That wookie box was exactly that and when I stopped getting them. I was so disappointed after that; it was easily the laziest thing they ever did. I agree it was hit or miss; a few were really good, but more seemed to be really thrown together.

I thought the Rogue One box was one of the best. Great shirt, mini Vader Hikari, Death Star luggage tag (I still have it on my backpack) I agree both characters in the box had a lot of variants but because I had the SB versions I didn’t buy the others.

I am going to miss this box but it was time to stop. At least the last box was a good one!

Right now December's box is unavailable to new subscribers. Anyone know if it'll be back up for purchase later on? Hubby wanted the Babu Frik pop. He was a cool character in the movie.

I really thought the Disney box would stay, you'd think there would be enough demand for that line. Sadly, if they made these limited to 5k, they would probably continue to sell out. They should do an annual sub with a guaranteed limited quantity to create demand instead of allowing month-to-month subs. They could then put the shirts in the last 2-3 boxes since they would know the exact quantity they'd need for each size.

I think if they limited these 2 subs to 5k and even doubled the price, they would sell out as long as they had a nice T and Pop :-k :-k :-k
