Although, some folks are upset it didn’t turn out to be super limited like when it was first announced. Mickey is soooo popular, I would still consider it to be very limited even at 15K. Like, the whole world likes Mickey

Seriously - between Mickey, and Halloween, this is going to be a must have for a LOT of people. I'll consider myself doing well if I manage to snag one!

I think I’ll wait for it to be at some retailers. If I happen to find one while hunting during the fall, then I’ll go for it and try my luck for a chase.

I'm sure it will be easy to get from Gemini, Hot Topic, Box Lunch, GameStop, etc.

When I was looking at the pictures on the shop, I couldn’t spot a Funko Shop sticker.

Bah, hate it when that happens! On the bright side though, at least you made it to FH! I haven't been in weeks, I think I'm in withdrawl! Got my Funko order for Captain Cold today in the mail, and he's a common. A very COOL common, though!

Yeah, I tend to miss the surprise releases. The only one I've missed recently that I was bummed about was Scarlet Witch. Hopefully one of my other preorders for her comes through for me. Now if work would just calm down so I can see the notifications I have set!!

You’re right! That FH visit was great! I had a lot of fun there. I think they lifted some of the restrictions with taking pictures around the sets. Sorry you didn’t pull the chase. Hopefully, you find it soon

Good to know - hopefully I have a visit to FH in my near future! And thanks re: the chase - though tbh, I'm happy with the common for now. He really is a neat looking soda, and I love the character in general, so it was an exciting mail call! Of course, if I end up with 6 commons, I'll be a bit bummed, so here's hoping I open up something new and exciting next round!

I'm so jealous you'll potentially find sodas at retailers! Other than FH, I've only ever found one soda in the wild, and that was at a B&N! The closest I usually get to 'in the wild' is a local Pop-meet where vendors sell opened commons for $5. Which I enjoy, since I've picked up a few sodas just for fun!

To be honest, I think it could.
I think Funko is tired of the shared headache with us of stores not being able to fulfill our preorders.
Companies keep putting up preorders for sodas they can't acquire therefore I can see Funko keeping more stock for themselves to sell.

Not only that ... but from a business perspective, why sell something to a retailer for $6 when you can sell it to the end consumer for $12?

Pretty simple there in business terms.

That would be SO cool! Have we had any chases that were so different from the common? I feel like the Marvel sodas are the only ones that have had different molds, but it could be just that it's too late at night to be thinking about these things!

I'm so jealous you'll potentially find sodas at retailers! Other than FH, I've only ever found one soda in the wild, and that was at a B&N! Same, actually! Mostly struck out this week with sodas, but Stitch came through for me in the end!

Though I shouldn't say I struck out, I did get lucky with a Mickey restock. And I snagged the Venkman soda, so I guess 2 out of 3 this week isn't all that bad!

Yes, I also think all together, since it's a collection, but who knows really? And also wondering on quantity... Because 1 of each per person will give us more chances of actually getting what we want, but less chance of chases... The dilemma
