yeah the molds weren't that great either. I agree with you. I am a disney funatic with an annual pass that I use about 15 times a year, and I didn't even care for the drop enough to make sure I didn't forget about it.

It would be interesting if there was a series 2 since they had to burn packs this time. Funko is going to choose lines that sale. Unless they listen to us and realize it wasn't the license and that it was the mold, we might not see a series 2.

True, but that is assuming the license to do NFTs is separate from the license they already have for all the other products that have disney lines. I am thinking it is the same license they have always had, and they just finally got approval to add NFTs to the products that use that license.

Yeah I think droppp exclusives will continue. I wonder if we actually get more of them because they only affect secondary market. They don't affect the general sales.

I think they dropped the ball on this set. If they had just stuck with Freddy as their royalty this could have sold more packs. Freddy as a Mousekateer or wearing mickey ear hat would of been WAY more of a crowd pleaser.

I think Disney blocks other companies from their characters from "being" their characters. Like there would never be a "Proto as Pluto" pop.

I got my shipping notices for this set! this was one that I bought mostly after the drop as I only pulled daisy in packs. I wish I could say I bought less packs than normal but that would not be the truth...

definitely a little surprised (but not really that unhappy about the low counts tbh ) that there weren’t more sold/redeemed but as it was the first droppp only exclusive set I’m sure it probably partially deterred people from going in.

I'm glad I got the ones I did. I only did 2 premiums during the drop and bought 2 of the legendaries after (Pete & Goofy). I ended up doing one more premium after I saw that Sully pulled a grail and behold - I got a grail too as well as the most expensive epic at the time so I scrambled to complete the royalty.
