I like that they started adding the code cards to the box o fun. But it would be nice if the pack also included a digital copy of your ticket.

Blacklight battle we all got nft redemption cards but this year that didn’t happen. Not sure why not but it would have been awesome to get a redemption for the event

Wasn't something like this already done with Black Light Battles? Didn't they make the mascots NFT's and you could only get the redemption code from your box? I could be mistaken. But, I love the idea!

the two additions id like them add to nft space would be getting loyalty points for the nft drops & having a sdcc drop where u can buy codes only at the con for nft packs.

ya.. but they didnt tell anyone about the codes in the boxes along with some thinking was stickers... so those blacklight ones would b more valualbe over time with a lot of the codes lost or tossed

Is it possible that Funko is discontinuing NFTs? There have not been any new drops in weeks vs almost 2 a month prior to July. Or did SDCC 2023 put this particular division on hold? New regular drops of pops are extremely frequent right now.

dont think so but making them more exclusive instead of the every other week drop. but the new design of house of dragon ones r too close/ identical to the nft ones.. so its possible they refocessing

The break is normal especially with the SDCC, I'm sure they will reveal something soon

the ultimate would be have convention exclusive and small number run that can only buy at convention.

I was kind of surprised they didn't do that this year, I thought it was great but did enjoy my Box Of Fun.

Would make things interesting if they made the Fundays tickets be actual Droppp NFTs... Would be a game changer!

while i dig the concept, i still think we're a little far away from having enough network/product adoption for this to work. sure for anyone that understands the tech its a leg up but i don't think its what funko its looking to do (at least for now )

To piggyback off this idea they could have a NFT drop for people not attending and the Legendary/Grail could be actual items from Fundays to still give people a shot at obtaining those items.

The idea of being able to possibly obtain a very limited piece from an event even if you were not able to attend is cool. I know for me I’ve been trying for tickets and have never been lucky.
