Just bought another standard pack after freeing up some Wax. I got 2 epics of the same card, so not bad since I needed that card anyway. What's interesting is the card says "Rare" on it which looks like a design mistake. It's the Trini Unmasked epic.

Tough pulls on this one for me with only 1 legendary. Had to buy a couple of epics from the marketplace. Always my luck I have dupes of the cheaper epics. And then I have to buy the more expensive epics because people don't want to trade their $14 epic for my $10 epic.

Mabe some people have the same intentions I have with wanting a standard pack over premium. I sometimes feel like I have a better chance at redeemables with a standard pack. I can milk it to last a little longer opening them, like opening 2 now and 3 later, instead opening alot in a premium.[/quote]

It really is! It’s good I like seeing the avg cost because I try to stretch my pennies in the long run so if that’s kind of what some of those avg out to be first day I really do think some are cheapest out the bat give or take a few.

I could be wrong though because Avavtar seems to be taking a huge hit at the moment so I guess it all depends on several factors.

It might be wise to just wait til the next NFT drop to buy all the remaining cards you need to complete for the royalty set. You'll probably save a lot more money. (That is if the prices do go down that much)

I was able to pull a legendary in my retail purchases and initial second market buy. In going for the grail because standard packs were about 14 dollars. I was able to pull a second legendary. I am so close to royalty. Got all the epics completed, now its the easy part to get royalty.

I’ve had the best luck with this drop. Grails legendary pulls. First time ever getting them. My adult son wanted to get down on this drop so was still feeling lucky and bought a standard pack for him. He got Zordon.

My partner was feeling a lucky itch so he bought a few packs on secondary and pulled a grail and a Scorpina. Still got quite a bit to go for a royalty set but I helped complete the rares at least. Last night I noticed the floor on a couple of the epics were creeping up a little bit ($11-12).

Last weekend. Not enough wax, two epics needed and was watching the pair drop in price...and so, a tactical gambit!

Sold six rares and one of my epics that were trending high, bought low on the two I needed...and then bought back what I sold when the prices dropped. Boom! Only one epic needed!

And now being able to direct buy without needing wax...got that last one at a good price, finished the royalty.

I guess Funko NFTs can be fun...while also making me obsessive and digitally over-focused. Might not be the best thing for me...
