I would prefer a Freddy, but if it's a line I collect I would need to get it even if not Freddy.

Freddy or bust honestly. I’m biased tho lol I only collect Freddys these days

That’s always a good bias though ;)

Pretty spot on assessment. Has to be a memorable moment of said character. Love Freddy but some shows have the capability to produce a royalty based on the characters

If it’s not a Freddy, it’s very unlikely that I would chase the royalty set. But sometimes that’s a good thing. I got to save money by completely sitting out on the GoT and HotD drops.

I feel they all should have Freddy as the royalty, but I guess some licensors might make that impossible.

0 disappointment with Vhagar, doesn't have to be Freddy imo.

I do think this is a fine royalty for the set. Loved that

Personally, I don't think it needs to be a Freddy, but it should definitely be something amazing. A new character that isn't already in the line, and definitely something that wows everyone, design-wise. Not a basic pop - it should be special.

Honestly, I think royalty should always be a Freddy variant.

Somethin with a unique feature, i think its time for a Flocked or GITD version I think they were playing safe with the NFT pops

I agree esp for those who may not make it to a Fundays, Fright Night, or other events and this could be the only way for those folks to get Freddy variants.
But with these NFT drops, once in a while we're bound to encounter an IP that doesn't allow for a Freddy to be made in any of its characters' likenesses for whatever reason like the Jon Snow from Game of Thrones and Vhagar from House of the Dragon royalty redeemables. And can't forget the Big Boy royalty from almost 2 years ago (maybe we had to get a non-Freddy Big Boy with milkshake first before getting that Freddy variant?). If there's Series 2, 3, etc. for previously released licenses then we could see a royalty Freddy for those when there wasn't before. *crossing fingers*

I believe that Funko and Droppp may need to consider exclusive features like GiTD, Flocked or hopefully a new feature that we haven't seen before.
