NFT hype dying?

So I've been watching the sales on eBay for NFT redeemable Pops for ones I missed out on and I have to say they are pretty underwhelming. So if you're still doing the whole buy packs thing for a chance at a redeemable Pop you really want, I think you're best off saving your money and just flat out buying the Pop when it finally does get shipped.

Save some money, because the gamble can be pretty damning if you don't come out with anything.

I usually go with facebook since alot of people like to undercut each other haha

Especially right now with the holidays and how busy they are. They are feeling all that rush and dropping stuff off quick

I do like these drops, but I do find myself not getting into as many of them these days. However, same could be said for me in general. Tending to just stick to 1-3 lines of Pops/Products and only go for those.

I think Funko is just over producing these days. and they're grasping at strings to make sure the elder collectors continue to be interested.

I think if they hit on the right product line for NFT's then they will be hot but right now I've not had any that I really wanted to besides Hot Rod. Maybe a Gi Joe one or even like a 50's/60's cartoon like aka Freddy as Johnny Quest.

My opinion is that you need to make characters that have never been made before, example Nickelodeon Series 2. I know this is hard since there are so many Pops that have been made already but how many different versions of Powerpuff girls do you need. I'm sure there are many more characters out there like from the Transformers line, GI Joe.

With the recent influx of NFT physicals, I've noticed the prices for everything in hand is so much cheaper to buy things after the fact than hunting for epics to complete a royalty set. I've seen royalty Freddy's in hand go for around $70 (aka 2 premium and 1 standard packs). To me at least, NFT's were fun in the beginning but now if you wait it out, you'll find a great deal and not have to take a gamble (granted, unless that's your thing and enjoy ).

Exactly this. I'll still buy a few packs to cure the itch but waiting them out tends to yield a bigger discount once everyone has them in hand.

I partly agree with it, it's much easier to buy them on hand. Though if you are building royalty and you have enough wax and buy epics early on I'm sure it's lower than $70. It really depends on how patient are you, and a lot of people just loves to gamble.
