sdcc reveals

what you guys think? sorta disappointed theres not that many movie posters and only one poster has a credit block. i like the cowboy bebop prints, but had none of the artists i was looking forward to seeing at the show. i can see why they made it fcfs.

I like the Tom Whalen Cowboy Bebop a lot, but not sure I like it enough to camp out in the morning so I can make it to the booth in time. My wife loves the Florian Bertmer Godzilla one, so I will try to snag it if I can.

No absolute musts for me, though. I really only collect Martin Ansin prints these days and it's been a while since I have seen one released.

I'm honestly very tempted to grab some of the vinyl covers and posters! Spider-man poster and UP vinyl cover caught my eyes! :-k

I like the Spider-Man 2099 exclusive a lot! But since I'm not going to SDCC this year, I'll probably just pickup the Spider-Man 2 poster online.

I actually like them all. Mondo always comes thru with the details.

Well since the Cowboy Bebop Gallery show got cancelled, I guess they' have to be released here. Feels like we're getting the last of a lot of the artist's work with Mondo here. Curious to see if Attack Peter can recruit any decent artists to the stable since almost every Mondo poster artist has said they're done working with Mondo now.

Anyone end up getting anything? The line management was a little annoying with the wristband system so I only ended up with the Ted Lasso vinyl from the online drop

i found that the dan danger print said it all. i think you know the one.

the fact that the drop didnt make sense, cause there was suppossed. to be a cowboy beebop gallery show that blew up... and all of a sudden there is a cluster of those prints... without the explanation it didnt make sense. but i think right now not much makes sense with mondo....

I was honestly a little bummed at the poster selections. Only one that I wanted was Doom but he was Sunday only and I attended Thursday through Saturday. I did snag the Wall-E vinyl and it’s incredible.

Picked up 5 prints this year. My favorite I think is the Spider-Man 2099, it was printed on foil and in person it looks so good. We'll see what happens with Mondo being able to find artists in the future.

I was on the fence about the Spider-Man 2099, but saw it in person and had to have it. Picked up Magneto as well as a few vinyls. Was planning to play these vinyl, but saw how Mondo had it displayed in their booth and had to replicate.

Yeah, the figures were kind of an afterthought for me. Was checking them out while waiting in line but thought they were semi lackluster.

So funny!! Same thing happened to me with Spidey 2099…after the Funko booth I was lucky enough to get in as one of the last people allowed in and grab it. Such a beautiful piece!

With regards to just prints, just not a solid lineup at SDCC this year and first time in a long while I did not buy a print from Mondo. Don't get me wrong, the art looked great but just was not enough for me to purchase.

So as a fan of the Mondo 1/6 scale figures, I loved (LOVED) the reveals of the PowerCon Trap Jaw, and NYCC Omega Red (think both look fantastic). I'd add, I'll be the first in line if that Juggernaut ever gets made. Keep up the great work, Mondo.
