So I Decided to Check out Gemini...

Postby misterjstewart » Mon Jan 26, 2015 10:24 pm

After reading so many posts here (and on other forums) about Gemini and their great service/excellent packaging/good selection etc, I decided to to what all the fuss was about. Long story short, I ended up ordering the Mad Monster Party vinyls (series 1&2) and an El Diablo. If I were a lesser man, I would have given in to the temptation to buy a WHOLE lot more. All I can say is, "Thank Jeebus for wish lists."

The Mad, Mad Monster Party figures look so awesome. I can hardly wait to see them in person. I loved that movie as a kid (and still do)!

I really have to thank the people on this board for opening my eyes to the possibilities. Until I joined here, I had no idea how many different lines/products Funko produced. This could get expensive quick.

Spastik are awesome. Maybe one day we'll see Funko doing original designs with Pop or on another platform.

More Gill would be nice.

I love the Spastik line. I have been coveting Reverend's collection pictured in the Lists... area. I have a physical NEED for some of those. Wait, does that make me some kind of addict?

Are we talking about Gemini collectibles? Just making sure cause see a lot I want there and want to make sure this is the site everyone is talking about before I order anything next week. I never knew Funko had made so much cool stuff!

Funko's been making cool stuff for over a decade, almost two. Spastiks, Hanna Barbera Wobblers, and the early Advertising Icons are all pretty cool. You should also look for the special Pez pieces Funko's done over the years.

Lot of history out there.

Yes, Gemini Collectibles. Although, I went through Amazon because I had some gift cards just burning a hole in my (virtual) pocket. Kinda weird that it shipped without tracking but I guess it will be a bigger surprise when they arrive.
