Hey MB - sorry I missed you. Jen said she saw you but I got there late and you were already gone.
For you old-timers, I ran into RiotCity (Paul), which was a real blast from the past!

Oh, you were blown off! I just made sure and covered all my bases
Stef was soo sick and still decided to come with me. By the end of the day her voice was completely gone and she was getting worse and worse but she is such a trooper! I love that woman!! The show was so much fun. I got a bunch of blind boxes and sat and opened them all while watching Joe Ledbetter and Greg "Craola" Simpkins paint live on a canvas. How cool is that? Meeting JLED was a bit of a let down because he was not very friendly. Tim Biskup on the other hand was super sweet and even drew on my nodnik!! Amanda Visell was also very quiet and not friendly although I sensed that it didn't come from thinking she was too good but more of a social awkwardness. She didn't even crack a smile once! It was strange. We met up with Ray and purused the show with him. He was so sweet! He brought me a spastik. I wish we could have done more but I felt really lucky to get the time that I did out of Stef. I know when I'm sick I'm a HUGE baby about it.
I also got to meet Mindblowin and his wife for the first time. They are both very lovely and I'm glad we got to chat for a minute. It's always good to put faces with the names

Re: Designer show November 21 Pasadena
It was very nice meeting you also jen.
Do you know who bought the freddy Circus Punk?
I didn't buy much.
I got the Muttpop Jamungo chase figure (Red Demon) from series 3 of the Jamungo Bombs, and my wife got a Circus Punk Sun-Min Rug from Paul (my wife has really wanted this for years. http://www.circuspunks.com/RUG%20detail.htm
My wife also got this years kidrobot christmas dunny.
There was a lot of cool stuff and I could have easily dropped some serious coin. I'm going to have to get the new Kozik Tequila when it drops early next year.
It was a really really nice convention, and i'm excited for where they might take it next year.
