it's a sculpted by Philip Ramirez, Don't think it goes to any specific set! just thought it was cool.
they have a monochrome version of it and a charlie brown one which pretty cool to.

It is cool but I had never seen it before. 350 of the gray and green. There is a Black version 39 made. Very cool. Nice present BM.
